Recipe Name: Cheese and Tomato Stuffed Peppers

Ingredients:
- 4 large bell peppers
- 1 cup cooked rice
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup grated cheese
- 1 onion, diced
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 tomato, diced
- Salt, to taste
- Pepper, to taste
- 2 tablespoons flour

Instructions:
1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
2. Cut the tops off the bell peppers and remove the seeds and membranes from inside.
3. In a mixing bowl, combine the cooked rice, eggs, grated cheese, diced onion, minced garlic, diced tomato, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
4. Stuff each bell pepper with the rice and cheese mixture.
5. Place the stuffed peppers in a baking dish.
6. In a small bowl, mix the flour with a little water to create a paste. Brush this paste on the tops of the stuffed peppers.
7. Cover the baking dish with foil and bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes.
8. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes, or until the peppers are tender and the tops are golden brown.
9. Serve the cheese and tomato stuffed peppers hot and enjoy!
