Cheese Maggi Masala

Ingredients:

- 2 tablespoons oil
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 2 green chillies, finely chopped
- 1 teaspoon red chilli powder
- 1 teaspoon coriander powder
- 2 tablespoons Maggie masala
- 2 cups noodles
- 2 tablespoons corn flour
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1/2 cup grated cheese
- Salt to taste
- Water as required

Instructions:

1. Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.

2. Add the chopped onion and green chillies and sauté for a few minutes until the onion is softened.

3. Add the red chilli powder, coriander powder and Maggie masala and stir to combine.

4. Add the noodles and stir to coat with the masala.

5. Add the corn flour and mix well.

6. Add enough water to cover the noodles and bring to a boil.

7. Reduce the heat to low and simmer for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.

8. Add the butter and grated cheese and stir to combine.

9. Add salt to taste and stir to combine.

10. Serve hot.
