Cheesy Bacon and Avocado Omelet
Ingredients:
2 tablespoons of coconut oil
2 eggs
2 strips of bacon, cooked and crumbled
1/4 teaspoon of salt
1/4 teaspoon of pepper
1/2 avocado, diced
2 tablespoons of milk
1/4 teaspoon of garlic powder
1/4 cup of shredded cheddar cheese

Instructions:
1. Heat the coconut oil in a medium-sized skillet over medium heat.
2. In a medium bowl, whisk together the eggs, salt, pepper, milk, and garlic powder until combined.
3. Pour the egg mixture into the skillet and cook for 2-3 minutes, stirring occasionally.
4. Once the eggs are almost cooked through, add the bacon and avocado and stir to combine.
5. Sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese over the omelet and cook for an additional 1-2 minutes, or until the cheese is melted.
6. Serve the omelet warm and enjoy!
