Cheesy Bacon and Egg Bake

Ingredients:

- 4 eggs
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 tablespoons ghee
- 4 slices bacon, chopped
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1/4 cup chopped nuts (almonds, walnuts, etc.)
- 1/2 cup shredded cheese (cheddar, mozzarella, etc.)
- 1/2 cucumber, diced
- 1 tomato, diced

Instructions:

1. Preheat oven to 350°F.

2. Grease an 8x8 inch baking dish with ghee.

3. In a medium bowl, whisk together eggs, garlic, salt, and milk.

4. Pour egg mixture into prepared baking dish.

5. Sprinkle bacon, nuts, cheese, cucumber, and tomato over the egg mixture.

6. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until eggs are cooked through and cheese is melted and golden.

7. Serve warm and enjoy!
