Cheesy Bacon and Tomato Omelet

Ingredients:

-3 eggs
-1/4 cup diced tomatoes
-1/4 cup diced bell pepper
-1/4 cup shredded cheese
-3 slices cooked bacon, crumbled

Instructions:

1. In a medium bowl, whisk together the eggs until they are light and fluffy.

2. Heat a non-stick skillet over medium-high heat.

3. Add the eggs to the skillet and cook until the edges are set and beginning to brown.

4. Sprinkle the tomatoes, bell pepper, cheese, and bacon over the top of the omelet.

5. Use a spatula to fold the omelet in half.

6. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and the omelet is cooked through.

7. Slide the omelet onto a plate and serve warm. Enjoy!
