Cheesy Bacon and Veggie Bake

Ingredients:

- 2 cups shredded cheese
- 6 slices of bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 2 carrots, peeled and diced
- 1/2 cup pecans, chopped
- 1 cup frozen peas
- 2 potatoes, peeled and diced
- 1/2 cup corn
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup butter, melted

Instructions:

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

2. Grease a 9x13 inch baking dish.

3. In a large bowl, combine the cheese, bacon, carrots, pecans, peas, potatoes, and corn.

4. In a separate bowl, mix together the flour and melted butter until it forms a crumbly mixture.

5. Pour the cheese and veggie mixture into the prepared baking dish.

6. Sprinkle the flour and butter mixture over the top of the cheese and veggie mixture.

7. Bake in preheated oven for 30 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and the vegetables are tender.

8. Serve warm and enjoy!
