Cheesy Bacon Hashbrown Casserole
Ingredients:
1 lb ground beef
2 eggs
1 cup cooked rice
1 cup shredded cheese
1 cup cooked pasta
1 can diced tomatoes
1 can beef gravy
1 cup cooked bacon, crumbled
1 cup frozen hashbrowns
Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
2. In a large skillet, cook ground beef over medium-high heat until browned. Drain fat.
3. In a large bowl, whisk together eggs, cooked rice, cheese, cooked pasta, diced tomatoes, and beef gravy.
4. Add cooked ground beef to the bowl and mix until combined.
5. Spread the mixture into a 9x13 inch baking dish.
6. Sprinkle the crumbled bacon and frozen hashbrowns over the top of the casserole.
7. Bake in preheated oven for 30 minutes, or until the hashbrowns are golden brown and the casserole is bubbly.
8. Serve warm and enjoy!
