Recipe Name: Cheesy Bacon Potato Casserole

Ingredients:
- 4 large potatoes, peeled and thinly sliced
- 1 onion, thinly sliced
- 4 cloves of garlic, minced
- 6 strips of bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)
- 4 eggs
- Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a baking dish with butter or cooking spray.

2. In a large skillet, cook the bacon until crispy. Remove from the skillet and let it cool before crumbling it into pieces.

3. In the same skillet, sauté the onion and garlic until softened and fragrant.

4. In a large mixing bowl, beat the eggs and season with salt and pepper.

5. Layer half of the sliced potatoes in the bottom of the prepared baking dish. Top with half of the sautéed onion and garlic mixture, half of the crumbled bacon, and half of the shredded cheese.

6. Repeat the layers with the remaining potatoes, onion, garlic, bacon, and cheese.

7. Pour the beaten eggs over the top of the casserole, making sure to evenly distribute them.

8. Cover the baking dish with foil and bake in the preheated oven for 45 minutes.

9. Remove the foil and continue baking for an additional 15-20 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and the potatoes are cooked through.
