Cheesy Bacon Rice Corn Bread

Ingredients:

-1 cup cooked white rice
-1 cup cooked corn
-4 slices bacon, cooked and chopped
-1/2 cup shredded cheese
-1/2 cup all-purpose flour
-1/2 cup cornmeal
-1 teaspoon baking powder
-1/2 teaspoon salt
-1/4 cup butter, melted
-1/2 cup milk

Instructions:

1. Preheat oven to 375°F. Grease an 8-inch square baking pan.

2. In a large bowl, combine cooked rice, corn, bacon, and cheese.

3. In a separate bowl, whisk together flour, cornmeal, baking powder, and salt.

4. In a small bowl, combine melted butter and milk.

5. Add wet ingredients to dry ingredients and stir until just combined.

6. Pour batter into prepared pan and spread evenly.

7. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.

8. Let cool before cutting into squares and serving. Enjoy!
