Make Cheesy Baked Tomatoes with Egg

Recipe Name: Cheesy Baked Tomatoes with Egg

Ingredients:
- 4 large tomatoes
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 4 eggs
- 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)

Instructions:
1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
2. Cut the tops off the tomatoes and scoop out the seeds and pulp to create a hollow cavity.
3. Season the inside of each tomato with salt and pepper.
4. Crack an egg into each tomato, being careful not to overflow.
5. Place the filled tomatoes in a baking dish.
6. Sprinkle the shredded cheese on top of each tomato.
7. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the egg is cooked to your desired doneness and the cheese is melted and bubbly.
8. Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before serving.
