Ingredients:
- 1 lb ground beef
- 4 eggs
- Assorted spices (such as salt, pepper, garlic powder)
- 1 package frozen hash browns
- 6 slices American cheese

Instructions:
1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a 9x13 inch baking dish.
2. In a skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned and cooked through. Drain any excess fat.
3. In a large bowl, whisk the eggs and season with your choice of spices.
4. Add the cooked ground beef to the egg mixture and stir to combine.
5. Spread the frozen hash browns evenly in the prepared baking dish.
6. Pour the beef and egg mixture over the hash browns, spreading it out evenly.
7. Top the casserole with the American cheese slices.
8. Cover the dish with foil and bake for 30 minutes.
9. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
