Ingredients:
- 4 medium-sized potatoes, peeled and diced
- 1 pound ground beef
- 2 venison tenderloins, thinly sliced
- 4 eggs
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
- 1/2 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
- 6 tortillas, cut into strips
- 1 cup Brussels sprouts, halved
- 2 carrots, sliced
- 2 cups lettuce, shredded
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 onion, diced
- 2 stalks celery, diced
- 1 cup pasta, cooked according to package instructions
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1/2 cup bread crumbs
- 2 tablespoons flour
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 2 cups spaghetti sauce
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1 teaspoon dried basil
- 1/4 cup fresh basil, chopped
- 1/4 cup parsley, chopped
- 1 teaspoon garlic salt
- 2 tablespoons tomato paste
- 1 cup beef broth
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 cup rice, cooked
- 1 cup beans, cooked
- 1 can diced tomatoes
- 1 cup egg noodles, cooked

Step-by-step Guide:

1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).

2. In a large skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain any excess fat and set aside.

3. In the same skillet, heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil and sauté the garlic, onion, and celery until softened.

4. Add the cooked ground beef back to the skillet and stir in the spaghetti sauce, tomato paste, dried basil, and sugar. Simmer for 10 minutes, then remove from heat.

5. In a separate skillet, heat the remaining tablespoon of vegetable oil and cook the venison tenderloins until browned on both sides. Set aside.

6. In a mixing bowl, beat the eggs and stir in the mozzarella, Parmesan, and cheddar cheeses. Set aside.

7. In a large pot, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the bread crumbs and cook until golden brown. Remove from heat and set aside.

8. In a large baking dish, layer half of the diced potatoes, Brussels sprouts, carrots, lettuce, and cooked pasta. Pour half of the cheese and egg mixture over the top.

9. Layer the cooked venison tenderloins on top, followed by the remaining diced potatoes, Brussels sprouts, carrots, lettuce, and pasta. Pour the remaining cheese and egg mixture over the top.

10. Pour the beef and spaghetti sauce mixture evenly over the casserole.

11. In a small saucepan, heat the olive oil and sauté the fresh basil, parsley, and garlic salt for 2 minutes. Add the beef broth and chicken broth, then bring to a simmer.

12. Pour the broth mixture over the casserole, ensuring it is evenly distributed.

13. Cover the baking dish with aluminum foil and bake in the preheated oven for 45 minutes.

14. Remove the foil and sprinkle the cooked rice, beans, diced tomatoes, and egg noodles over the top. Sprinkle the buttered bread crumbs evenly over the casserole.

15. Return the casserole to the oven and bake for an additional 15 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
