Recipe: Cheesy Beef and Potato Casserole

Ingredients:
- 1 lb beef mince
- 4 potatoes, peeled and sliced
- 1 head of broccoli, chopped
- 1 carrot, diced
- 1 onion, diced
- 1 cup milk
- 1 cup cheese, grated
- 1 cup gravy
- Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:
1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
2. In a skillet, cook the beef mince until browned. Season with salt and pepper. Set aside.
3. In a separate pot, boil the potatoes until they are slightly tender. Drain and set aside.
4. In the same pot, sauté the onion and carrot until they are soft.
5. Add the chopped broccoli to the pot and cook until slightly tender.
6. In a baking dish, layer the cooked beef mince, potatoes, and vegetable mixture.
7. Pour the gravy over the layers.
8. In a separate bowl, mix the milk and grated cheese. Pour this mixture over the top of the casserole.
9. Cover the baking dish with foil and bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes.
10. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden brown.
11. Serve hot and enjoy!
