Recipe: Cheesy Beef and Potato Casserole

Ingredients:
- 1 lb ground beef
- 2 potatoes, peeled and diced
- 1 onion, diced
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 can of sieved tomatoes
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- 1 egg
- 1 cup cooked pasta
- 1 cup cooked rice

Instructions:
1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
2. In a large skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain any excess fat.
3. Add the diced potatoes, onions, and garlic to the skillet. Cook until the vegetables are tender.
4. Stir in the paprika and sieved tomatoes. Let the mixture simmer for 5 minutes.
5. In a separate bowl, whisk the egg and stir in half of the shredded cheese.
6. Add the cooked pasta and rice to the beef and potato mixture. Mix well.
7. Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and spread it out evenly.
8. Pour the egg and cheese mixture over the top of the casserole.
9. Sprinkle the remaining shredded cheese on top.
10. Cover the baking dish with foil and bake for 25 minutes.
11. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 10 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
12. Let the casserole cool slightly before serving. Enjoy!
