Recipe Name: Cheesy Beef and Veggie Noodle Bake

Ingredients:
- 8 oz noodles (such as penne or rotini)
- 1 lb ground beef
- 2 cups fresh spinach, chopped
- 1 bunch asparagus, trimmed and cut into bite-sized pieces
- 1 zucchini, diced
- 2 cups tomato sauce
- 1 cup shredded cheese (such as mozzarella or cheddar)
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Olive oil for cooking

Instructions:

1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a baking dish with olive oil.

2. Cook the noodles according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

3. In a large skillet, heat some olive oil over medium heat. Add the ground beef and cook until browned, breaking it up into crumbles with a spoon.

4. Add the chopped spinach, asparagus, and zucchini to the skillet with the ground beef. Cook for a few minutes until the vegetables are slightly softened.

5. Stir in the tomato sauce and season with salt and pepper to taste. Let the mixture simmer for about 5 minutes.

6. Add the cooked noodles to the skillet and toss everything together until well combined.

7. Transfer the noodle and veggie mixture to the greased baking dish and spread it out evenly.

8. Sprinkle the shredded cheese on top of the noodle mixture, covering it completely.

9. Cover the baking dish with foil and bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes.

10. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 10 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
