Cheesy Beef Burgers

Ingredients:

-1 lb. ground beef
-1 onion, diced
-3 cloves garlic, minced
-1 teaspoon salt
-1 teaspoon pepper
-1 teaspoon onion powder
-1 green pepper, diced
-1/4 cup black olives, sliced
-2 eggs
-1/4 cup mayonnaise
-4 hamburger buns
-4 slices bread
-4 french bread rolls
-2 carrots, grated
-2 stalks celery, diced
-1 head lettuce, shredded
-1 cup broccoli, chopped
-1 cup cauliflower, chopped

Instructions:

1. Preheat oven to 350°F.

2. In a large bowl, combine ground beef, onion, garlic, salt, pepper, onion powder, green pepper, black olives, eggs, and mayonnaise. Mix until all ingredients are evenly distributed.

3. Form the mixture into 8 patties.

4. Place the patties on a baking sheet and bake for 15 minutes.

5. Meanwhile, toast the hamburger buns, bread slices, and french bread rolls.

6. In a medium bowl, combine the grated carrots, diced celery, shredded lettuce, chopped broccoli, and chopped cauliflower.

7. After the patties have cooked for 15 minutes, top each patty with a generous amount of the vegetable mixture.

8. Place the patties back in the oven and bake for an additional 10 minutes.

9. Serve the patties on the toasted buns and enjoy!
