Cheesy Broccoli and Pea Frittata

Ingredients:

- 2 cups of frozen peas
- 2 cups of diced potatoes
- 2 cups of chopped broccoli
- 2 cups of shredded cheese
- 6 eggs
- 1/2 cup of heavy cream
- Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

1. Preheat oven to 375°F.

2. In a large bowl, combine the peas, potatoes, broccoli, and cheese.

3. In a separate bowl, whisk together the eggs and cream until combined.

4. Add the egg mixture to the vegetables and cheese, and stir to combine.

5. Grease a 9-inch baking dish with butter or cooking spray.

6. Pour the vegetable and egg mixture into the prepared baking dish.

7. Sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste.

8. Bake in preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the center is set and the top is golden brown.

9. Let cool for 10 minutes before serving. Enjoy!
