Cheesy Broccoli Rice Bake

Ingredients:

- 1 cup uncooked white rice
- 1 cup uncooked oats
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup grated cheese
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup chopped broccoli
- 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
- 1/2 cup grated carrot
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1/2 cup plain yogurt
- 2 green chillies, chopped
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

Instructions:

1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).

2. In a large bowl, combine the rice, oats, melted butter, and flour. Mix until combined.

3. Spread the mixture into a 9x13 inch baking dish.

4. Sprinkle the cheese, onion, garlic, broccoli, tomatoes, and carrot over the top of the rice mixture.

5. In a small bowl, combine the honey, soy sauce, yogurt, green chillies, and Worcestershire sauce. Mix until combined.

6. Pour the honey mixture over the top of the vegetables and rice.

7. Bake for 30 minutes, or until the rice is cooked through and the cheese is melted and bubbly.

8. Serve warm. Enjoy!
