Cheesy Carrot Pasta
Ingredients:
- 8 ounces of pasta
- 1 cup of tomato sauce
- 1 cup of shredded cheese
- 2 tablespoons of butter
- 2 tablespoons of oil
- 1 cup of diced carrots
Instructions:
1. Bring a pot of salted water to a boil.
2. Add the pasta to the boiling water and cook according to package instructions.
3. In a separate pan, heat the butter and oil over medium heat.
4. Add the carrots and cook until they are tender, about 5 minutes.
5. Add the tomato sauce and simmer for 5 minutes.
6. Drain the cooked pasta and add it to the pan with the sauce.
7. Stir in the cheese and mix until it is melted and combined.
8. Serve the cheesy carrot pasta warm. Enjoy!
