Cheesy Chicken and Corn Casserole


- 2 cups cooked, shredded chicken
- 2 cups frozen corn
- 2 cups shredded cheese
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper


1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease a 9x13 inch baking dish.

2. In a medium saucepan, melt butter over medium heat. Add flour and whisk until combined.

3. Slowly add the heavy cream, whisking constantly until the mixture is smooth.

4. Add garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Whisk until combined.

5. Remove from heat and stir in the shredded cheese until melted.

6. In the prepared baking dish, layer the chicken, corn, and cheese sauce.

7. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and the edges are golden brown.

8. Serve warm and enjoy!
