Make Cheesy Chicken and Pork Pasta Bake
Recipe Name: Cheesy Chicken and Pork Pasta Bake
Ingredients:
- 1 cup rice
- 1 lb chicken breast, diced
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- 1 onion, chopped
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tomato, diced
- Salt to taste
- 1 cup pasta
- 1/2 cup sweet and sour sauce
- 1/2 lb pork, diced
- 1/2 cup milk
Instructions:
1. Cook the rice according to package instructions and set aside.
2. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
3. In a large skillet, cook the diced chicken and pork until browned and cooked through. Remove from skillet and set aside.
4. In the same skillet, sauté the onion and garlic until fragrant.
5. Add the diced tomato and cook until softened.
6. Cook the pasta according to package instructions and drain.
7. In a bowl, whisk the eggs and milk together.
8. In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked rice, chicken, pork, onion mixture, pasta, sweet and sour sauce, and egg mixture. Mix well to combine.
9. Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and top with shredded cheese.
10. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
