Make Cheesy Chicken and Pork Stuffed Potatoes
Recipe: Cheesy Chicken and Pork Stuffed Potatoes
Ingredients:
- 2 cups chicken broth
- 4 large potatoes
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- 2 tablespoons chopped parsley
- 2 tablespoons tomato paste
- 1 teaspoon dill
- 1 cup cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 cup cooked pork, shredded
- 1 cup cooked rice
- 1 onion, diced
- 1/2 cup sour cream
Instructions:
1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
2. Wash the potatoes and pierce them with a fork. Bake in the oven for about 45-50 minutes, or until they are tender.
3. In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, pork, cooked rice, diced onion, tomato paste, dill, and parsley. Mix well.
4. Once the potatoes are cooked, remove them from the oven and let them cool slightly. Cut the top off each potato and scoop out the flesh, leaving a thin layer inside the skin.
5. Mash the potato flesh and add it to the chicken and pork mixture. Mix until well combined.
6. Stuff each potato skin with the chicken and pork mixture.
7. Top each stuffed potato with shredded cheese.
8. Place the stuffed potatoes back in the oven and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
9. Serve the cheesy chicken and pork stuffed potatoes hot, topped with a dollop of sour cream. Enjoy!
