Recipe Name: Cheesy Chicken and Potato Bake

Ingredients:
- 4 medium potatoes, peeled and sliced
- 2 tomatoes, sliced
- 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)
- 4 eggs
- 1 cup cooked chicken, shredded
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Olive oil

Instructions:

1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a baking dish with olive oil.
2. Layer the sliced potatoes on the bottom of the baking dish.
3. Sprinkle salt and pepper over the potatoes.
4. Layer the sliced tomatoes on top of the potatoes.
5. In a bowl, beat the eggs and season with salt and pepper.
6. Pour the beaten eggs over the tomatoes and potatoes.
7. Add the shredded chicken on top of the egg mixture.
8. Sprinkle the shredded cheese evenly over the chicken.
9. Cover the baking dish with aluminum foil and bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes.
10. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
11. Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
