Cheesy Chicken and Potato Bake

Ingredients:

- 2 large potatoes, peeled and cut into cubes
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into cubes
- 1 cup shredded cheese of your choice

Instructions:

1. Preheat oven to 375°F.

2. In a large bowl, combine the potatoes, olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Toss to combine.

3. Spread the potato mixture in an even layer on a baking sheet. Bake for 20 minutes, stirring halfway through.

4. Add the chicken cubes to the baking sheet and stir to combine. Bake for an additional 20 minutes, stirring halfway through.

5. Remove the baking sheet from the oven and sprinkle the cheese over the top. Bake for an additional 5 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.

6. Serve warm and enjoy!
