Cheesy Chicken and Potato Bake

Ingredients:

- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 2 cups shredded cheese (cheddar, mozzarella, or a combination)
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 4-6 potatoes, peeled and cut into 1/2-inch cubes
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions:

1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.

2. Grease a 9x13 inch baking dish with butter.

3. Place the chicken breasts in the baking dish and season with garlic powder, onion powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.

4. In a large bowl, combine the potatoes, melted butter, and olive oil. Toss to coat.

5. Pour the potato mixture over the chicken breasts.

6. Sprinkle the cheese over the potatoes.

7. Bake for 40-45 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and the potatoes are tender.

8. Serve and enjoy!
