Recipe Name: Cheesy Chicken and Rice Burritos

Ingredients:
- 1 cup cooked rice
- 1 season cooked chicken breast, shredded
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1/2 cup shredded cheese
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tomato, diced
- Salt to taste
- 2 potatoes, diced and cooked
- 4 tortillas

Instructions:
1. In a large skillet, heat some oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and diced potatoes. Cook until the potatoes are golden brown and cooked through.
2. Add the shredded chicken breast to the skillet and season with salt and pepper. Cook for a few minutes until heated through.
3. Push the chicken and potatoes to one side of the skillet and pour the beaten eggs into the other side. Scramble the eggs until cooked.
4. Add the cooked rice and diced tomato to the skillet. Mix everything together and cook for another 2-3 minutes.
5. Sprinkle the shredded cheese over the mixture and stir until melted and well combined.
6. Warm the tortillas in a separate skillet or microwave.
7. Spoon the chicken and rice mixture onto each tortilla and roll them up into burritos.
