Make Cheesy Chicken and Rice Casserole

Ingredients:
- 1 cup of rice
- 1 lb of chicken breast, diced
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup of shredded cheese
- 1 onion, diced
- 1 bell pepper, diced
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 tomato, diced
- Salt to taste
- 1 cup of pasta
Instructions:
1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a baking dish.
2. Cook the rice according to package instructions and set aside.
3. In a large skillet, heat some oil over medium heat. Add the diced chicken and cook until browned and cooked through.
4. In a separate pan, scramble the eggs and set aside.
5. In the same skillet used for the chicken, sauté the diced onion, bell pepper, garlic, and tomato until softened.
6. Add the cooked rice, scrambled eggs, and cooked chicken to the skillet. Mix well to combine.
7. Season with salt and any other desired seasonings.
8. Transfer the mixture to the greased baking dish and top with shredded cheese.
9. Cover the dish with foil and bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
10. Remove from the oven and let it cool slightly before serving.
