Recipe Name: Cheesy Chicken and Rice Casserole

Ingredients:
- 1 cup rice
- 1 lb chicken breast, diced
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 bell pepper, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tomato, diced
- Salt to taste
- 1 cup pasta

Instructions:
1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C).
2. Cook the rice according to package instructions and set aside.
3. In a large skillet, cook the diced chicken until browned and cooked through. Remove from the skillet and set aside.
4. In the same skillet, sauté the chopped onion, bell pepper, and minced garlic until softened.
5. Add the diced tomato and cook for another 2-3 minutes.
6. In a separate bowl, beat the eggs and mix in the cooked rice, chicken, sautéed vegetables, and half of the shredded cheese. Season with salt to taste.
7. Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and top with the remaining shredded cheese.
8. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
