Ingredients:
- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded or diced
- 2 cups cooked rice
- 4 eggs
- 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Step-by-Step Guide:
1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a 9x9 inch baking dish.
2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked chicken and rice. Mix well to evenly distribute the chicken and rice.
3. In a separate bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, grated Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper until well combined.
4. Pour the egg mixture over the chicken and rice mixture. Stir gently to ensure all ingredients are evenly coated.
5. Transfer half of the mixture into the greased baking dish. Sprinkle half of the shredded cheese over the mixture.
