Recipe Name: Cheesy Chicken and Rice Casserole

Ingredients:
- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 cup cooked rice
- 4 eggs
- 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or your choice)
- 1 onion, diced
- 1 bell pepper, diced
- Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C) and grease a baking dish.
2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked chicken, cooked rice, diced onion, diced bell pepper, and half of the shredded cheese. Mix well.
3. In a separate bowl, beat the eggs and season with salt and pepper.
4. Pour the beaten eggs over the chicken and rice mixture and stir until everything is well combined.
5. Transfer the mixture to the greased baking dish and spread it out evenly.
6. Sprinkle the remaining shredded cheese on top of the mixture.
7. Cover the baking dish with foil and bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes.
8. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
