Recipe: Cheesy Chicken and Vegetable Bake

Ingredients:
- 1 lb chicken breast, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- 1 onion, diced
- 1 bell pepper, diced
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tomato, diced
- Salt to taste
- 1/2 cup creme fraiche
- 1 capsicum, sliced
- 1 cup broccoli florets
- 1 can diced tomatoes
- Handful of cherry tomatoes, halved
- Fresh basil and oregano, chopped

Instructions:
1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
2. In a large skillet, sauté the chicken pieces until they are cooked through. Remove from the skillet and set aside.
3. In the same skillet, sauté the onion, bell pepper, and garlic until they are softened.
4. Add the diced tomato and cook for another 2-3 minutes.
5. Season with salt and stir in the creme fraiche.
6. Add the capsicum, broccoli, canned tomatoes, cherry tomatoes, basil, and oregano. Mix well.
7. Transfer the vegetable mixture to a baking dish.
8. Place the cooked chicken on top of the vegetables.
9. Sprinkle the shredded cheese over the chicken and vegetables.
10. Cover the baking dish with foil and bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes.
11. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 10 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
