Make Cheesy Chicken and Vegetable Casserole
Recipe Name: Cheesy Chicken and Vegetable Casserole
Ingredients:
- 1 cup oatmeal
- 1 lb chicken breast, diced
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1 bell pepper, sliced
- 1 onion, diced
- 2 tomatoes, diced
- 1 cup noodles
- 10 slices pepperoni
- 1 cup cauliflower, chopped
- 1/2 lb beef, diced
Instructions:
1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
2. Cook the oatmeal according to package instructions and set aside.
3. In a large skillet, cook the diced chicken until browned and cooked through. Remove from skillet and set aside.
4. In the same skillet, sauté the bell pepper, onion, tomatoes, and cauliflower until tender.
5. Cook the noodles according to package instructions and drain.
6. In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked oatmeal, chicken, sautéed vegetables, noodles, beef, and half of the shredded mozzarella cheese. Mix well.
7. Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and top with the remaining mozzarella cheese.
8. Arrange the pepperoni slices on top of the casserole.
9. Cover the baking dish with foil and bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes.
10. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 10 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
11. Serve hot and enjoy!
