Recipe Name: Cheesy Chicken and Vegetable Wraps

Ingredients:
- 1 cup cooked rice
- 1 cooked chicken breast, shredded
- 1 onion, sliced
- 1 bell pepper, sliced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tomato, diced
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- Salad greens
- 1/2 cup creme fraiche
- 4 wraps or pita bread
- 1/2 cup cooked quinoa
- 1 zucchini, sliced
- 4 slices of bread
- 1 sweet potato, diced
- 1/2 cup yogurt

Instructions:
1. In a large skillet, sauté the onion, bell pepper, garlic, tomato, zucchini, and sweet potato until tender.
2. Add the shredded chicken and cooked quinoa to the skillet, and stir to combine.
3. Sprinkle the shredded cheese over the chicken and vegetable mixture, and let it melt.
4. Warm the wraps or pita bread in a separate skillet or microwave.
5. To assemble the wraps, place a scoop of the rice on each wrap, followed by the chicken and vegetable mixture.
6. Top with salad greens and a dollop of creme fraiche.
7. Roll up the wraps tightly and serve with a side of yogurt.
