- 2 cups cooked rice
- 1 cup cooked chicken, diced
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil

- 1 cup mixed vegetables (carrots, peas, corn)
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce

Step-by-Step Guide:
1. Heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium heat.
2. Add the diced onion and minced garlic to the skillet and sauté until the onion becomes translucent and the garlic is fragrant.
3. Push the onion and garlic to one side of the skillet and crack the eggs into the other side. Scramble the eggs until they are fully cooked.
