Ingredients:
- 2 cups cooked rice
- 1 chicken breast, diced
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1/2 cup shredded cheese
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Optional: vegetables like peas, carrots, bell peppers

Instructions:
1. Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
2. Add diced chicken breast and cook until browned and cooked through.
3. Push the chicken to one side of the skillet and pour the beaten eggs into the other side.
4. Scramble the eggs until cooked, then mix with the chicken.
5. Add cooked rice to the skillet and stir to combine with the chicken and eggs.
6. Pour soy sauce over the rice mixture and stir well.
7. Add shredded cheese and stir until melted and well combined.
8. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
9. Optional: Add in any vegetables you desire at this point.
10. Cook for another 2-3 minutes, stirring occasionally.
