Make Cheesy Chicken Omelette

Ingredients:
- 2 onions, finely chopped
- 150g chicken, cooked and shredded
- Eggs
- Cheese
Instructions:
1. In a mixing bowl, crack the desired number of eggs (usually 2-3 per omelette) and whisk until well combined.
2. Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat and add a little oil or butter.
3. Add the chopped onions to the pan and sauté until they are soft and translucent.
4. Add the shredded chicken to the pan and stir to combine with the onions.
5. Pour the whisked eggs over the chicken and onions in the pan, making sure to spread it out evenly.
6. Allow the omelette to cook for a few minutes until the edges start to set.
7. Sprinkle grated cheese over one half of the omelette.
8. Carefully fold the other half of the omelette over the cheese to create a half-moon shape.
9. Cook for another minute or so until the cheese is melted and the omelette is cooked through.
