Recipe Name: Cheesy Chicken Pasta

Ingredients:
- 1 lb chicken breast, diced
- 8 oz pasta of your choice
- 1 onion, diced
- 1 bell pepper, diced
- 2 tomatoes, diced
- 3 cloves of garlic, minced
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup shredded cheese (such as cheddar or mozzarella)
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Olive oil

Instructions:
1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
2. In a large skillet, heat some olive oil over medium heat. Add the diced chicken and cook until browned and cooked through. Remove from the skillet and set aside.
3. In the same skillet, add a little more olive oil if needed. Add the diced onion, bell pepper, and minced garlic. Cook until the vegetables are softened.
4. Add the diced tomatoes to the skillet and cook for a few more minutes until they start to break down.
5. Return the cooked chicken to the skillet and mix everything together.
6. In a small bowl, beat the eggs and then pour them over the chicken and vegetable mixture. Stir continuously until the eggs are cooked and well combined.
7. Add the cooked pasta to the skillet and mix everything together.
8. Sprinkle the shredded cheese over the pasta and stir until the cheese is melted and everything is well combined.
9. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
10. Serve hot and enjoy your delicious Cheesy Chicken Pasta!
