Ingredients:
- 8 oz pasta
- 2 chicken breasts, cooked and shredded
- 1 onion, diced
- 1 bell pepper, diced
- 2 cups shredded cheese
- 4 eggs
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a baking dish.
2. Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
3. In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs and season with salt and pepper.
4. Add the cooked pasta, shredded chicken, diced onion, diced bell pepper, and 1 cup of shredded cheese to the bowl. Mix well to combine.
5. Transfer the mixture to the greased baking dish and spread it out evenly.
6. Top with the remaining 1 cup of shredded cheese.
7. Cover the baking dish with foil and bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes.
