Recipe Name: Cheesy Chicken Pasta Bake

Ingredients:
- 1 lb chicken breast, diced
- 8 oz pasta (such as penne or fusilli)
- 2 cups shredded cheese (such as mozzarella or cheddar)
- 1 can of diced tomatoes
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 1/2 cup milk
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon dried basil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Olive oil for cooking

Instructions:

1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).

2. Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

3. In a large skillet, heat some olive oil over medium heat. Add the diced chicken and cook until browned on all sides, about 5-7 minutes.

4. Add the minced garlic, dried oregano, and dried basil to the skillet with the chicken. Cook for another minute until fragrant.

5. Pour in the diced tomatoes, chicken broth, and milk. Season with salt and pepper. Let the mixture simmer for about 5 minutes until the sauce thickens slightly.

6. Add the cooked pasta to the skillet and toss to combine with the chicken and sauce.

7. Transfer the chicken and pasta mixture to a baking dish. Sprinkle the shredded cheese on top.

8. Cover the baking dish with foil and bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes.

9. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 10 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
