Ingredients:
- 1 lb chicken breast, diced
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- 1 onion, diced
- 1 bell pepper, diced
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tomato, diced
- Salt to taste
- 12 oz pasta, cooked
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 capsicum, sliced
- 1 cup broccoli florets
- 1 can diced tomatoes
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- Fresh basil and oregano, chopped
Instructions:
1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
2. In a large skillet, heat some oil over medium heat. Add the diced chicken and cook until browned on all sides.
3. Add the diced onion, bell pepper, garlic, and tomato to the skillet. Cook until the vegetables are softened.
4. Season with salt and add the cooked pasta to the skillet. Mix well to combine.
5. Pour in the heavy cream and stir until everything is well coated.
6. Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and spread it out evenly.
7. Top with sliced capsicum, broccoli florets, canned diced tomatoes, and cherry tomatoes.
8. Sprinkle the shredded cheese over the top.
9. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
10. Remove from the oven and garnish with fresh basil and oregano before serving.
