Make Cheesy Chicken Pasta Bake
Recipe Name: Cheesy Chicken Pasta Bake
Ingredients:
- 1 lb chicken nuggets
- 8 oz pasta
- 1 onion, chopped
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup cheese, shredded
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup rice
- 1 cup sauce arrabbiata
- 1 cup bolognese sauce
- 1 cup napoli sauce
- 4 slices toast
- 2 tbsp butter
- Pepper, to taste
- Salt, to taste
- 2 tbsp honey
- 1 cup mex sauce
- 1 cup pomodori pelati friturati
- 1 can red kidney beans, drained and rinsed
Instructions:
1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
2. Cook the pasta according to package instructions, then drain and set aside.
3. In a large skillet, cook the chicken nuggets until golden brown and cooked through. Remove from the skillet and chop into bite-sized pieces.
4. In the same skillet, sauté the onion and garlic until fragrant and translucent.
5. Add the cooked pasta, chicken pieces, and all three sauces (arrabbiata, bolognese, and napoli) to the skillet. Mix well to combine.
6. In a separate bowl, beat the eggs and stir in the cheese. Pour this mixture over the pasta and chicken, stirring to evenly distribute.
7. Transfer the mixture to a baking dish.
8. In a small saucepan, heat the mex sauce, pomodori pelati friturati, and red kidney beans together until warmed through.
9. Pour the bean mixture over the pasta in the baking dish.
10. Top with slices of toast, buttered and sprinkled with salt and pepper.
11. Drizzle honey over the top for a touch of sweetness.
12. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
