Make Cheesy Chicken Stuffed Peppers

Recipe Name: Cheesy Chicken Stuffed Peppers

- 4 chicken breasts, cooked and shredded
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- 4 large bell peppers
- 1 tomato, diced
- 1 cup cooked rice
- Salt and pepper to taste

1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
2. Cut the tops off the bell peppers and remove the seeds and membranes.
3. In a mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, diced tomato, cooked rice, and half of the shredded cheese. Season with salt and pepper.
4. Stuff each bell pepper with the chicken mixture and place them in a baking dish.
5. Sprinkle the remaining cheese on top of the stuffed peppers.
6. Cover the baking dish with foil and bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the peppers are tender.
7. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 5-10 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
