Recipe Name: Cheesy Egg-in-a-Hole

Ingredients:
- 2 slices of bread
- 1/4 cup shredded cheese
- 2 eggs
- Butter for greasing

Instructions:
1. Use a round cookie cutter or a glass to cut a hole in the center of each slice of bread.
2. Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and add a small amount of butter to grease the pan.
3. Place the bread slices in the skillet and let them toast for about 1-2 minutes.
4. Flip the bread slices over and sprinkle the shredded cheese evenly over the top of each slice.
5. Crack an egg into the center hole of each slice of bread.
6. Cover the skillet with a lid and let the eggs cook for about 2-3 minutes, or until the whites are set but the yolks are still runny.
7. Carefully remove the Cheesy Egg-in-a-Hole from the skillet and serve hot.
