Make Cheesy Egg-in-a-Hole
Recipe Name: Cheesy Egg-in-a-Hole
Ingredients:
- 2 slices of bread
- 1/4 cup shredded cheese
- 2 eggs
- Butter or oil for cooking
Instructions:
1. Using a cookie cutter or a glass, cut a hole in the center of each slice of bread.
2. Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and add a little butter or oil.
3. Place the bread slices in the skillet and let them toast for about 1 minute.
4. Flip the bread slices over and sprinkle some shredded cheese on top of each slice.
5. Crack an egg into the hole of each bread slice.
6. Cover the skillet with a lid and let the eggs cook for about 2-3 minutes, or until the whites are set but the yolks are still runny.
7. Carefully flip the bread slices over and cook for another minute to melt the cheese and finish cooking the eggs.
