Cheesy Garlic Pasta
Ingredients:
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 2 cups of elbow pasta
- 2 cups of tomato sauce
- 2 cups of shredded cheese
- 2 eggs
- 1/4 cup of milk
- 1 teaspoon of paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
2. In a large pot, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the garlic and cook until fragrant, about 1 minute.
3. Add the pasta and cook for about 8 minutes, stirring occasionally.
4. Drain the pasta and return it to the pot.
5. Add the tomato sauce, shredded cheese, eggs, milk, paprika, salt, and pepper. Stir to combine.
6. Transfer the pasta mixture to a 9x13-inch baking dish.
7. Bake for 25 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
8. Serve warm and enjoy!
