- 1 cup of rice
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup of shredded cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)
- 1 small onion, finely chopped
- 1/2 bell pepper, diced
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tablespoons of cooking oil

Step-by-Step Guide:

1. Cook the rice: Rinse the rice under cold water until the water runs clear. In a saucepan, add the rice and 2 cups of water. Bring to a boil, then reduce the heat to low, cover, and let it simmer for about 15-20 minutes or until the rice is cooked and fluffy. Once done, remove from heat and set aside.

2. Prepare the eggs: In a separate bowl, beat the eggs with a pinch of salt and pepper. Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and add a tablespoon of oil.
