Cheesy Garlic Tomato Pasta

Ingredients:
- 8 ounces of your favorite pasta
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 large tomato, diced
- ½ teaspoon of red pepper flakes
- 1 cup of shredded cheese (mozzarella or cheddar)
- 2 tablespoons of soy sauce
- Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:
1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the pasta and cook according to package instructions.

2. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the garlic and cook for 1 minute.

3. Add the diced tomatoes and red pepper flakes. Cook for 3-4 minutes, until the tomatoes are softened.

4. Drain the cooked pasta and add it to the skillet. Stir in the cheese and soy sauce.

5. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve warm. Enjoy!
