Ingredients:
- 3 eggs
- 1/4 cup diced onion
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup diced ham
- Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:
1. In a bowl, whisk the eggs together until well combined. Season with salt and pepper.
