Cheesy Ham and Rice
Ingredients:
- 2 cups cooked white rice
- 2 cups shredded cheese (cheddar, mozzarella, or a combination of both)
- 1 cup diced ham
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- 1 cup milk
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
2. In a large bowl, combine cooked rice, shredded cheese, and diced ham.
3. In a medium saucepan, melt butter over medium heat.
4. Add flour and stir until combined.
5. Slowly add milk, stirring constantly until mixture thickens.
6. Remove from heat and season with salt and pepper.
7. Pour sauce over rice mixture and stir until combined.
8. Transfer to a greased 9x13 inch baking dish.
9. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until cheese is melted and bubbly.
10. Serve and enjoy!
