Cheesy Meat and Spinach Casserole

Ingredients:

-1 lb ground beef
-1/2 cup diced onion
-2 cloves garlic, minced
-1 teaspoon dried oregano
-1/2 teaspoon salt
-1/4 teaspoon black pepper
-1/2 cup beef broth
-2 cups baby spinach
-2 cups shredded cheddar cheese

Instructions:

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

2. In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef, onion, garlic, oregano, salt, and pepper until the beef is cooked through and the onion is softened, about 8 minutes.

3. Add the beef broth and spinach and cook for an additional 2 minutes.

4. Transfer the beef mixture to a 9x13 inch baking dish.

5. Sprinkle the cheddar cheese over the top of the beef mixture.

6. Bake in preheated oven for 25 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.

7. Serve hot. Enjoy!
